Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all US orders. There are no handling fees and no minimum order value.

Order handling
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin handling on the next business day.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, US orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 6 to 12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can run longer during peak periods or severe weather.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking after 7 business days, email us at support@darknightsociety.com.

Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake and we will correct it before dispatch.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@darknightsociety.com and we will make it right.
